Frill slowed enough to semi hover and looked around.

It watched her from a bush.

She semi crashed/landed in the top of one of the pines, "Come out!"

It darted out and flew in cirlces around her.

She frowned and blandly said, "a squito?"

It skidded to a halt, its clay body blending in with the pines.

 

[Gerbil]

"A clay dragon?" She watched it.
