Facebook drama

I use FB to keep up with old friends from school, as well as family members. I have also used FB to connect with people I know in my community. We only have so many minutes to chat at the bank or fundraising events or chamber of commerce events, etc. It seems like you can share information on FB and get to know eachother enough to know whether you would want to set up a lunch date or such.

I am embarassed to admit that I have also used FB to exclude people.

I am sorry, but if someone is a middle-aged mommy (like I am) and their FB posts describe weekends of bar hopping & falling down, then I am not so interested in pursuing that friendship.

I also check out prospective employees & business connections on FB.

dont get me started on the girl who killed herself because someone on the internet told her to. The girl had problems and her parents failed at keeping track of her mental health and goings ons.

doing something (anything) because someone on the internet tells you to is the ultimate fail.

Some people just like to share their life. BUT... if you cant handle the heat, put the freakin matches down.
