Jean....CW did the Basket block and NanaKat did the Cake Plate block. They are very similar. The only reason I know is that I looked them up.

Just checking in! I only have 2 more mad / insane weeks of baseball left and then I will get cracking on these blocks. I know what colors of fabrics I want, so that part should be easy, which is saying something for me! That is actually the part that always takes the longest, because I have such a hard time picking and choosing!

Just an update.......
I have all the cutting done. A couple of blocks sewn and everything waiting for me in a bin.
Once I finish up on the other swap and a couple of other projects, I'll get sewing on this one.

We've had cool evenings making it seem almost Fall-like. I was thinking about this quilt the other night as I pulled on a sweatshirt. I'm looking forward to putting this quilt together.
