Everyone here is waiting on Sandy also. We have the chickens buttoned up tight, tarps over their runs so maybe they can get some outside time tomorrow afternoon. Wind is starting to blow pretty hard, trees are justa swaying! Got my emergency crochet backpack all ready, candles in place to crochet by. Some of the schools in surrounding towns have cancelled school tomorrow. Sounds weird, we only cancel school if we have 3' of snow, never for wind and rain and 68F. Anyway, I hope everyone stays safe and sound. I'll check back later if we don't lose power too early!

We cancel school (and most everything else) for 3" (inches) of snow!!!!!

When I was in school, we cancelled if it got to 90 degrees by 9:00 or 100 degrees by 10:00.

I'm double checking here. Our final count for the swap is 18, so I will be sending 17 squares, correct? I'm about halfway through them now do just want to be sure I make the correct amount.

I've been watching the news too, it does look bad, but so far more property damage then lives thankfully.
