Fall crochet block swap, sign ups until Oct 15th

Here is square #2. I like this one a lot. I probably won't crochet any more this weekend because I need to work on a baby quilt for a co-worker. I've only made one other quilt before and I swore I'd never do another. I may not have any hair left by the time it's finished!!

Oh my, same problem here! Nearest is 30 miles away! Gas prices are horrible, the things we'll do for yarn!!

Sounds familiar... 5 miles to town (Dollar General). 45 miles to WalMart!

Well, I drove around for hours and finally found the chocolate! Also picked up merlot, gold and pumpkin. Going back tomorrow for a few more colors! Cannot wait to get home and get started! I have so many patterns I am dying to try!!!!

I tried crocheting with Merlot but never got much done. I always passed out after round two....................

I would have thumbs up but wonder if any one even knows that little thing is there in the corner of the screen. Very nice both squares.

I am really liking this new block, it's not finished yet, not even sure if I will get it finished tonight, but can't wait to take a pic and share ........................................... think sunsets and trees.
