Fall crochet block swap, sign ups until Oct 15th

Hello,

I just have a question.  When it says "as many as there are participants in the swap" does that mean that your participants have to crochet say...15 squares each (because that is the number of participants you have in the swap)?  I was interested in joining, but there's no way I could get 15  12-inch squares done in 2 months (I'm slow at crocheting and I would probably average 1 12 inch square a week. LOL  I just wanted to ask this before I passed it by (to make sure I was understanding correctly).

I'm right there with you. This really sounds like a lot of fun, but I don't think I can crochet that quickly to get all those blocks done by the deadline.

Sorry I don't know how to multi quote this response if for both NCGrammie and Cluckycharms, or anyother swappers in this situation, if you want to work out a partnership w/ another swapper and both of you combine to be responisble for 1/2 a set I will send each back 1/2 a set at swap time and together you will count as one additional swapper.

My response to ncgrammie and cluckycharms applies to you too. You would need to find a partner in that situation and each would send in your 1/2 set to me seperately if you don't live near each other is fine, and I would send back 1/2 of a set to each partner, and together you would count as 1 for the swap.

Thank you so much, that is so kind of you. I have decided I am going to work on one tomorrow and see how far I can get with it, I will let you know! I haven't worked on any crochet since last winter...I'm one of those 'seasonal' crocheters. And now is when that urge kicks in.
