Fall crochet block swap, sign ups until Oct 15th

Well what is crazy is, I live in a large city and you would think we would carry all sorts of yarm here. But the Michaels here is awful as far as yarn goes...but I went because I had a coupon for it. I knew I should have went to AC Moore. I will check them out tomorrow then.

I know they have it at Joanne's. My Michaels is pretty good but they don't carry it. I didn't try ACMoore.

I just came back from Michaels, I purchased the only 'chocolate' they had in Red Heart. Its the Red Heart Soft....please tell me this is the right one?? I even had the sales lady helping! lol
I am worried this is t it because the instructions did not mention Red Heart Soft and they had nothing called Red Heart Love?

I have found it only at Jo Annes. Joannes will accept an AC moore or Michaels coupon here and should everywhere else. They will take one of their own and one of someone elses.

Wow you guys sure do have flying crochet hooks!!!!

This is certainly a swap I wouldn't want to get behind on. I do have 10 squares made, but they aren't complete. I am making squares first then going back and adding the trees to all the blocks at once.




I may need some medication though, this swap isn't even finished, I still have squares coming from a previous swap and was inspired by a new idea for another swap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm the one who got the Red Heart Soft. The two chocolates are just different enough that they aren't interchangeable.

I'm only on 10. I've been so busy and tired because of these 2 little calves. They just keep yo-yoing on me

I have found a pattern i really like though so the next few, at least, will be made with it.
