I always accidentally use the toilet amd run it dryIt's funny because when there is a power outage, I still walk into a room and flip the light switch on automatically even though I know there is no power.Modern amenities have definitely become part of our lives.
One thing I like about mine. Remote start!We have a generator too but it's the kind with a rip cord, so you pull and you pull until your arm falls off, or it starts.
Use a bucket of water to flush it.
Water doesn't rum when the power is out at Mt house. We need power to get it from the cistern

The owner/landlord had it put in their name. It's wonderful to be on the computer without the loud drone of the generator in the background! Actually, it's weird.
I will be devouring the internet all day, lol!
