Batches A and B are on lockdown! The Seramas seemed pretty active, and I’m pretty sure one pipped internally, so even though it’s day 17 I popped them in to be sure as I started to turn them day 2 instead of 3 too. Go babies, GO!

Kiddo is so excited. He told us "I need to be informed when they're hatching so I can be the mom." He ADORES these babies. We're going to have a full house! Er, homestead.

Absolutely! Anyone who's lost a baby (or both!) in claims can change their name to a surviving egg OR pick a new name for the new egg(s). I'm SO excited there was such a good rate (for me) on these being shipped.

You sure may! At the end if there's any without names, I'll happily open them to everyone to toss out name ideas. It's so hard to name them all! We've got a bunch of older chicks that don't have names yet. Some of them are "HEY, stop that!" or "aww, pretty baby."

I hear that! One of my youngest three chicks almost got stuck with the name Beavis cause she was always acted like such a .... well you know

tbh, her new name, Reaper, isn't very flattering either but it suits her and she seems to like it
