Hey Josh, I sure hope you can make it to the show! I think my son will be showing one of the naked neck hens he hatched from the eggs he got from you last year

... she is the sweetest tamest bird I've ever seen and he is using her for showmanship. We will be taking a trio of Barred Black Olive Eggers for the backyard show... a couple of Black Bantam Cochins... wanted to take a trio of Mottled Java's but I clipped their wings (UGH! what was I thinking!). Really hope you can make it... I'd love to see more of your gorgeous birds in person!!!

Hope I can Go,

You should show some of your Faverolles

Any luck on finding a bantam N-Neck roo for your girls or were you still working on the frizzles ?

We have the NN hens in with our Frizzled roo for this season... but we might want some pure NN's next year

! Aidan LOVES them.
I had planned to bring the Faverolles... but they are looking mighty scruffy... they had a late molt and their feathers, especially their poofie muffs, are taking forever to come back in.

We are working on our Mottled Javas (I LOVE these) and Barred Black Olive Eggers (hoping to hatch alot of Blue Barred OliveE's). New breeds... well, we have a whole bunch of Black Copper Maran's in the incubator (hatch date March 17th)... and thanks to your recommendation, we have a dozen Blue, Black, Spash Ameraucana chicks on order from Paul Smith.
Sadly we didn't get to go to the La Grange show... maybe next year we will make it... I was sad to miss!
So, what are you working on right now? I really hope you can come to the show... I'd love to see your birds.

I still have my Polish Bantams working on them since 2007
