Oh, I am stupid for not reading through my post before I posted it! I meant to write 'these are my
KING pigeons', not KIND pigeons lol.

Maybe they are kind, but they still won't lend me any money.

They are the sort used for meat, not the show type. They are very placid and easy to handle, and huge! When they fly past me I can feel the wind from their wings. They are about 4 times bigger than my rescued feral pigeon.

I though I'd share my new American Fantasies. They had just gotten taken out of the box at the time the pictures were taken so were looking pretty ruff, but they really are beautiful. I'm looking forward to working with this new breed.

If you join the national pigeon association (NPA), they send out a quarterly magazine with a list of all the events across the nation as well as tons of articles. If you join a local pigeon club they will likely be able to tell you when the shows and swaps in your specific area are too.
