Should I make my Saipan coop 8ft tall, & 12ft long, 10ft wide?

Oh, whoops! I realized that I forgot to say what my ACTUAL gift for my brother and what my gift for my dad are. My brother gets an NFL version of the game Spot-it, and my dad gets a game called Buffalo, where you get two adjectives and you have to pick a person or character that matches them. (e.g. british+wizard I could say 'Benedict Cumberbatch' because he's british and plays Dr. Strange)

Well, how many birds are you going to put in there at first? Is this a coop or coop run combo?

I'm talking about the henhouse area. The run will be included later.

12-16 birds in the one side of the coop, The coop is gonna have a sectioned off area for more, so about 25 birds maximum of 2 different breeds. Sumatras are most likely gonna be on the other portion.
