Farm chatter

OK guys, brainstorm dump from last night:
For a permanent LF chicken coop on my fantasy farm, My plan is...
step 1: Buy property
Step 2: Buy 20x20 shed (used probably)
Step 3: Convert shed to chicken coop
Step 4: Add run
Step 5: Add chickens!
This is an expensive project and would probably take place over the course of a year+.
I'd like to put a chicken wire wall on the inside and section it out to have a 5x20 feed roomish thing, with a 15x20 chicken area. Nesting boxes would have backs that can open into feed room for easy egg collection. Lots of space to section out broodies, integrations, etc. This will fit 60 LF chickens, so I'll build a run of 30x20. Run will have roofed section near the coop, and will be covered with netting for the rest of it. run will be mostly welded wire as opposed to HC, because HC is hella expensive. Run will be super fun- lots of pallets, branches, stumps, ladders, dust baths, etc for maximum chicken enjoyment. I'll start with 15 chickens:
2 Easter Eggers
2 Leghorns (1 white, 1 exchequer)
2 Plymouth Rocks (1 barred, 1 partridge)
2 Salmon Faverolles
2 Cochins (one white, one ??? (depends on hatchery))
2 Polish (1 white crested blue, 1 buff laced)
2 Cream Legbars
1 Olive egger

I'll find a roo to adopt once they're all grown up and laying, and let the flock grow.
this is what happens when I can't sleep.

And the plan sounds great!
