I believe it's normal for the Heritage Rocks to lay later.

I actually wouldn’t mind having a hen who doesn’t lay for a long time. I don’t sell eggs so when I get extras I don’t know what to do!

I’m still waiting on my silkie pullet to start laying. I bought her as a pullet that supposedly going to start laying any day now. That was almost 5 months ago!
