I’m still waiting on my silkie pullet to start laying. I bought her as a pullet that supposedly going to start laying any day now. That was almost 5 months ago!

And her pelvic bones are still very close together. I can’t even get half a finger between them.

I know I have 3 molters, 2 Slackers, 1 Squatter, and 1 Layer!

She still has a few more months to go then. Some don't start laying until they reach 1 year of age.

I got 16 yesterday, so some of the girls maybe taking a break.

Yeah, I know. I figured if the seller said she was close to laying, when I bought her she was at least 5/6 months old, which puts her at almost a year.
