I'm confused
I personally think it’s a bad idea but hey, do what you want
 
but why? I am so confused. everywhere says its fine
It’ll stress all of the fish out, and they also need different water types (bettas need soft, mollies need hard), and bettas are naturally aggressive so it isn’t recommended anywhere for a beginner to have them with other fish.
