I had a successful backyard campout, but woke up at 6 this morning to the sounds of cars on the road, then overcompensated by coming in and sleeping until 9.

Yes it was! Although you may have had more fun- a tent in the wind that sounds like a tornado is not pleasant

Back to halter breaking...

I've halter trained some heifers. Most of them I start training as calves, and then don't continue... I somewhat recently got 2 breaking halters. The breaking halters fit better on an older animal's face than a calf's face.

I've also ridden a couple heifers. One who we sold, and one who is now a milking cow.

My mom said a tornado in Dallas Texas last night. I'm two hours away.
