The pond is actually natural, but nature did a bad job. It didn’t hold water well and was quite ugly. My dad made it wider and deeper and put in a pipe which acts as flood control. Water goes into the pipe once it hits a certain level, and flows into the creek. The barn cat likes to climb in the pipe too lol. It’s a really good sized pond for ducks.

I love them! My top ducks breeds are Pekins, Swedish Blue, Muscovys and Magpies. I obviously can’t get them all but I wish I could!

That's huge though. It will be awesome when it's done. I can just picture some ducks splashing around in it now. ❤
