From what I understand, they're like golden retrievers, but smaller and higher energy. They're super friendly and happy, but have an extremely high prey drive, and if I wanted to train them not to each chickens, it would take someone with training experience. (Why I'm not convincing my parents to get one right now)yess okay!

Off topic? never heard of it. There is no topic, therefore, you're always on topic!sorry if this is off topic from the current conversation
but why do chickens "sing a egg song"
I believe no one knows for sure, but many believe they are celebrating laying an egg!sorry if this is off topic from the current conversation

I believe no one knows for sure, but many believe they are celebrating laying an egg!
But they usually do it after they lay. They do sometimes do it before but I’ve always felt they were announcing they were about to lay.I thought maybe they where telling their flock to watch out to them, because they are vulnerable while laying a egg?
