Blu Kote can be used on minor scrapes/wounds if that's all they have, it just makes it harder to see the skin because of the color.
Figuring out why she's being pecked is a good idea. Space issues, mites/lice?
If the hen is doing it to herself, then feather mites (depluming mites) may be a problem.
Sometimes it's a guess...

Help to cover it so she can be left in with the others.

I don't know if this helps but when I pick some of them up, including this one, I fell little bumps on the bottome fluffy part of the chicken.

Yes, I would put a saddle on her. The skin doesn't look too damaged. Just monitor it a few times a week.
