I remember reading something about the real Japanese cows are mixed with something here in the United States that can be registered but they're not 100% real Japanese cow. There are registered Wagyu here. I've been rolling over getting some in my mind. Still undecided.
But what I read was a few years ago so I'm sure things have changed since then.I remember reading something about the real Japanese cows are mixed with something here in the United States that can be registered but they're not 100% real Japanese cow.
Very interesting!I don't think they actually have the real Japanese cows here in the United States.
I'm trying to find the story that I read about this not too long ago.
This isn't the exact one I read but this one is worth reading.

Read the labels carefully.I was at Costco the other day and saw two steaks for $99.00! Don't remember which cow it was from though
@TheDawg can you help me ID the breeds of these two doggos that visited today? They got loose from their owner's yard this afternoon and came down the hill and started running around the property. We watched them and posted about them in FB and eventually the owner saw it and picked them up. The one on the right is a hunting dog I think, it was wearing an orange collar. The one on the left is a giant. The biggest dog I've ever seen before. HUGE. View attachment 2646602
