Farm innovations 4250 incubator

I just received my 4250. So far it has been plugged in for 4 hours and has not gotten above 77 degrees. I'm very worried that I have a bad system. The digital display says "LO" beside the temp. Does this mean anything?

Make sure the lid is seated correctly. Have you adjusted the temp? The usually are preset to 99.5.

Yes, lid is on. It's strange, it will heat up to 77 (room temp of 70) but not farther. I think I may just have gotten a bad incubator. :-(

Have you tried bumping up the temp with the controls?

Sounds like a dud. Where did you get it from? FI has pretty good customer service so I would give them a call.

I ordered it from Amazon so I guess I'll be returning it. I have some eggs that need to go in today so I think I'm going to go by Tractor Supply and pick up another one. Fingers crossed that this one works!
