My broody hen in the middle and the two pullets she raised last year.

There's two geese here....the one is laying it's head down to hide...not sure if anybody can see it or not....lol.

Thanks for the input, aoxa! The other two are exact carbon copies of this one. This one just runs to my hand when I put it in their box. Not sure on what kind of quality these roosters will be, but I want to keep one of these Barred Rock ones. I'm carrying this one around a lot in hopes to keep it nice like I did my RIR rooster I have. I didn't do anything with the other RIR rooster I raised and he turned out pretty mean.
You're going to have to wait a while to figure out which is the better quality boy, but I would keep the friendliest one after it has hit puberty. Because a friendly chick now may not be so friendly a little later.

Here are two pictures I took this weekend (out of roughly 300 :p ) but since we are talking Barred Plymouth Rock... Here is my cockerel Cletus, who is 15 weeks old. Second picture is so cute. This is a chicken hug :p

Yes, a chicken hug!

What is the breed of hen chicken-hugging Cletus?

Sanna - great photos! I really like Canadian geese also! I had two in the pasture by my cows yesterday...I took pics. If some one read that fast enough, they might think Czar the goat dumped you in the dirt the first time you rode him instead of his horse friend...

Oh well, I'm a blonde after all. And a foreigner too! Yeah, that's my favorite excuse.

I LOVE your rooster!

What a handsome guy. Is he a self-blue?
And this dog! I hope he/she can see where he/she's going with all that fur in the way.

This is Spirit, the horse that dumped me on my butt the first time I rode him. He was 19 years old at the time.

When he was 3, he was titled National Champion in halter.

And there's that little guy Czar again.

And a bunch more of Blitzen yelling at me because I wasn't throwing her a ball. She gets so obsessed with her balls.

All this for a ball.
