Just a few recent pics from our little backyard farm :) I am really happy with my new camera even though my bank acct is not! Just wish I could have upgraded instead of replacing broken equipment lol.

I

Crazy adorable bunnies!! Lovely pictures.
Thanks! Good light is hard to come by these days! This has been one of our hottest & brightest summers yet.
Same here. Very hot and sunny summer. Sometimes I find the light TOO bright.

I am having trouble with over exposed pictures a lot lately.

I've been slacking with picture posting! lol I've been busy with work. I ran a week of horse camp and of course did my normal weekly jobs. And we've been preparing for our wine tasting benefit for next week. Never ends!

I did manage to take a few minutes for some pictures! Here's my frizzled Cochin pullet. Almost a month old.

Then there's Molly, having a veeeery bad hair day! I think her bad hair day is permanent. This hen just keeps moulting and moulting and moulting! Last time she looked like a normal chicken was when she was about 7 months old, I swear.

Ever since, she's been moulting, going broody, moulting some more and going broody some more. And now she's got foster children to care for... Tough being a mom, I guess.

Our little self-blue cockerel, Mr. Dorky. lol

And horse camp! Children learning the importance of stall cleaning and keeping your horses living space clean.

We also had a special guest come in to teach the kids how to braid. Here's our little pony gelding Aaron Almighty being VERY patient!

And then there's one of my little students, Dani with Tug At My Heart (aka Tug) doing ground work during horse camp!

Tuggie looooves to jump!
