Congrats, they are beautiful! Especially love these pictures! My first ever set of twins!
I need to get better pics of them! I had something on the lens and all the photos were very hazy. ...probably nose juice from some critter...![]()
first calf heifer....both babies are girls.
the calves are exactly the same except twin 1 is more slick haired and twin 2 is more curly haired. If I end up having to separate them, I'll raise twin 2 and keep twin 1 with momma...twin 1 looks like a tad better calf....but I'm going to do all I can to keep the family together.

They were born out on pasture, but got rides up to the lots to make sure all is going to be ok.
She worries about both of them

I've never heard of that breed, but they are beautiful. I love the first picture, it makes me want to reach out and touch her, she's so smooth looking.

I know the feeling! LOL If it's not the horse stink, it's some sort of bird poop I smell like. Usually chicken poop.. But there was the one time with the peafowl poop...and chicken poop...mixed together. My 15 year old helper was traumatized I think. Thanks!
....peafowl...lol. What was funny was, I was building fence after I weighed them there and was like, WHAT IS THAT SMELL....SNIFF SNIFF SNIFF?????.....oh shoot it's me....![]()
