Yeah, I know you guys in the North are probably laughing but all your winter snow pictures are so beautiful. I don't like cold weather, ice or snow really, but it sure makes for beautiful pictures. I mean we have had 70's and 80's here since the middle of December (with the exception of a handful of cold days), which is wonderful, but that doesn't bode well for the soon approaching summertime.

And yes, lilacs do smell like heaven!!!!

It definitely does look pretty, but that's about all it is.

I believe we must have a very diff definition of "warm" b/c in my world if that much ice exists it could not in any way be "warm"!!!!!

(I believe anything below 50F is inhumanely cold)

I only like snow in December. I can't imagine Christmas without snow.. But right now, I loathe it! We had a big melt last week and I could see grass on Saturday! Today we are fully covered again.

By March it's finally warming up. By April we have growth. Even on Mother's Day our trees are just starting to bud.
