We lived in Florida for 4 years when my husband got his 1st teaching job, the only race track close was a harness track, I worked there for a while, even got to exercise them riding the little sulky around the track, before getting back to Texas & riding QH's & TB's for 30 years. How tall is Bear?

Oooh would you share your recipe? Were getting our oven fixed and hubby loves cornbread

I go the easy way: Two boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix, two eggs, 2/3 cup milk, a tablespoon of sugar and as much freshly snipped sage as you like. Bake for about 17 minutes at 400*. Tastes a little like sweet cornbread Thanksgiving dressing. My boys prefer it to sage-less cornbread now.
