I would freeze water bottles over the week. Be prepared. She will be more sensitive now. I like milk jugs. And big juice jugs. Takes longer to freeze but last linger. I also freeze water in bowls, then dump them out in shallow pans.

I lost one of my new mini Rex babies on Monday to heat. it's really tough. Down here, we expect heat in the 110*+. But it's hard to imagine that kinda heat any where north.

We are just not equipped to deal with it like you guys are! 80 is too hot for me. 72-74 is perfect.

Really? 70 is considered room temperature. What do you heat your house to (or cool it to)?

We keep the house around 76-78 during the day, and around 72 at night. And we have ceiling fans in each room, plus a floor fan in our bedroom lol.

Boy howdy, I agree anything over 72 and I'm droppingfrom the heat. I have the a/c set for 80 (can't afford bigger electric bills) but that still feels really refreshing when you come in from a day of high 80's and 70 percent humidity. Crazy weather.
