Puppy attacks pullet and ripped the feathers out of her back but she's still alive.

Cheeks got attacked by Whiner. I don't know when but I don't know what to do for her. Please help. I have tried giving her water and she did take a tiny bit and I put bag balm on her back.

Sorry about your pullet. How old is she? Has she started laying yet? Can she stand and walk? Look for any puncture wounds that may be hidden under feathers. Offer her fluids and some watery chicken crumbles and cooked egg to her every 2-3 hours right up to her beak. If she is in shock give some electrolytes or a little water with 1/2 tsp of sugar.

Thank you so much. I thought I should try giving her water and she took a couple of sips and she has just started pecking at some scratch. I will definitely be keeping her inside until she heals.

I usually put in a crate until out of shock, they start to eat. But she is there already. They let me know when they are ready to go back.
I had a pullet a hawk got and I thought she was dead... until she cheeped as I was carrying her by the feet. Blood coming out of eyes and mouth and wounds. Half scalpel.
This was October and she was in a parrot cage until May. She was in the living room content to watching TV. I thought she had brain damage but eventually she wanted to stay out. Went broody and raised a chick. She died after a couple years, but had a full life.

If there are no cuts or puncture wounds I would crate her with the others once she has been under observation.

I scrambled an egg added a smidge of sugar, layer crumble with a small amount of water. She did stand up while in my chair to poop but it's just part of life. I have her in a tote and put some bedding in it and then I put the food in and then Cheeks and she started eating so I will just be diligent in watching her until I know she's not going to get hurt by my 2 and 3 year old hens. I got it wrong on the age of my older girls. They're 1 and 2 years old.

She's now trying to fly out of the tote but I don't think she should be outside because of the flies and the other chickens. I don't want the chickens to attack her and rip her open. Until she heals a bit, she is going to have to adjust to the tote life.
