Adorable! I do love the broody and baby pics!

I think broody hens and their babies are the cutest thing ever! Especially when the babies climb on moms backs. Haven't managed to get those pictures with these chickies yet, they're so quick. lol

He is playing, the rooster (I think its a roo, the comb says roo but the feathers aren't pointy like a roe's should be.

) has been acting like a stupid teenage (four months old) and the dogs thinks it's funny.

Hahah awww yeah, they look like they're having fun lol and yeah the comb made me think roo but then the coloring too doesn't seem as bright so wasnt sure. But the tail, comb, and attitude scream roo lol

We calve late. It gets cold here, especially in February when most of the other farms around us calve. Nice warm days make everything easier.

Our heifers calve in December and then cows start in January.
