Farmer's almanac and setting eggs

Don't have to do that, they give you the dates online for two months, here is the link. Nov 10,11,12 are the best days for this month. I tried it this past hatch, but I screwed up and opened the incubator to much due to a chick that was not doing well, Won't be doing that again. got 2 out of 6 in lockdown, the other 4 were full chicks at lock down. A 3rd one died during the night due to shrinkwrap. Anyways I will be trying again. Here is the link, you have to scroll all the way to the bottom.

I gues this means that I should set on the 10th,11th, and the 12th lol

I came across this subject in this year's O.F.A. and did some calculations. Their explanation is that chicks that are hatched in a waxing moon and when the moon is in the signs of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are healthier and mature faster. SO, I present the set dates for the spring of 2015.

Feb 25 for March 18/19 hatch

March 6 for a March 27/28 hatch

April 2 for a April 23/24 hatch

April 29 for a May 20/21 hatch

May 9 for a May 30/31 hatch

May 27 for a June 17/18 hatch

June 6 for a June 27/28 hatch

Other set dates exist but I figured these to benefit my purposes and wanted to share.

Found this site with egg setting dates:

I have no idea if this is nonsense & certainly don't understand it. Yet if I'm getting ready to set some eggs near one of these dates, it wouldn't hurt to move the set date a day or two. I've already seen firsthand how the moon affects the activity in the maternity ward. I suppose it may affect plant & animal development.
