Does this look like a fart or pullet egg? It either came out of a standard pullet or a Japanese bantam. I'm leaning towards fart egg because my pulleys were born early April so I feel it's too early (I have a Spitzhauben and a calico princess)

It's about 2/3 the size of the other Japanese egg

Probably just a smaller bantam egg.
Open it up.
Fairy, fart, wind, rooster eggs are usually from a tiny piece of tissue breaking loose from the reproductive tract, or an immature ova(yolk) and the body forms an egg around it. Color can be darker than 'normal' as the pigment coating released has to cover a much smaller area so is thicker. Can happen with any age layer, but more common with new or older layers.

Would a bird really lay an actual egg that different in size? I got a second one tonight. Both my bantams have been laying regular eggs until yesterday, and now I'm getting one normal and one way smaller
