Had no clue what chocobo racing from FF7 was. Honestly still don't but watched a short video.
So what's the plan? Just drag racing chickens?
If so seems a lot of time and effort to create a muscle car chicken.
Throw some equal speed chickens on the line and drop the flag. As long as they're evenly matched it would make a good race.
If its just for flat out speed to outrun stuff you have an uphill battle. Chickens are way slow compared to most animals so even if you doubled their speed they would still get smoked.
