Fat chicken foot. Is this normal ?

Hello there. I have a year-and-six-months old Sapphire Gem hen. Her feet look like the picture below, and her scales are up, not closed like they should be. Is this normal ? I just want to make sure she’s fine.

Looks like she has scaly leg mites. They live and burrow under the scales causing them to lift up. Treatment is coating the legs completely in some sort of oil (vaseline, castor oil, etc) in order to suffocate the mites. You need to reapply the oil every few days until the old scales fall off and the new healthy ones come in.

Okay . My chickens once had scaly leg mites, so one of them probably carried it.
