sorry i haven't been on in some time. been having issues with the internet connection here. was without phones for a day and a half while lovely FairPoint couldn't come out to check for us what the issue was. our DSL modem died the week before that and connection has been shoddy since!

but maybe you can see enough on color, type. Will post new pics tomorrow and maybe get some better close-ups with structure & beards on all the brats.
**Take care Henry, enjoy your ''youth'' and time away

Misty they look great ik am asking if we can make chicken keeping a part of the greenhouse program and raise them in a feild nearby my house. I am not sure how this will work with Bantams or roosters I may actually have to switch to LF faverolles or leave the boys at home but we can always hope for the best.

Thanks Henry, they are all cute at this age, lol. That's a neat idea with the greehouse program, I would think they would go hand-in-hand nicely

Would be neat if you could work that out. Keep us posted hun and take care.

Hello all. I looked through the pages of this thread as much as I could and, wow, what extraordinary birds. Please forgive my just jumping here, but I was wondering if it is true that the Faverolles lay pink eggs?

Course the birds would be in MO by the time you returned, therefore making them Legal Residence here !!

Nice pics tho, really. They are all just gorgeous kido's. I love the whites so you'll have to keep me in mind later on hun, would like to try raising a few of them if/when possible.

:") Jeez this is a huge thread. I've been trying to read all the way through it.

I have a question that I feel the faverolle experts here would be able to help me with. I have a couple of Faverolles now that I am breeding as a project for FFA (Future Farmers of America). I have four birds now from the Thode Family. I posted my question in genetics, but I think it would be better answered here.

Thank you!
