Wow! What a beautiful roo! Splashes would have no black on them whatsoever, because the black would be white, right? But normal splashes have flecks. Would there be flecks of blue, or color on a splash hen? Even if she was salmon?

Here's a picture of the "blue" salmon

And the possible splash. This is where her feathers are light.

And where they are dark

The rest of my hens are darker then the "splash" but lighter then the "blue". Are my guesses correct?

The splash has light greyish tips on her tail.
The blue has dark grey/brown tips on her tail and wings.

Yup, splash salmon hens will have white tips.

Did you get them from pasofinofarm? She's the only one I can think of who has LF blue salmons.

The darker blue I bought from the Thodes. They said they had bought the eggs from a breeder in Sacramento and didn't have her contact anymore. The lighter blue is from Karen Polley and she is from Bridgett Riddle lines.
