I just got The Good Egg by Marie Simmons. It is an older book but has really great ideas for my abundant collection of eggs. It is also peppered with egg tips and facts which makes it a fun read. I am going to order your recommendation on the next Amazon order. You can never have too many egg cook books! Thanks for the suggestion
