guess I will keep an eye on it since I can't in good faith say it's a sebright. No more hatchery birds for me.

Howdy Well bred Sebrights should not have feathers on the leg, not at any age.

I'd be suspecting the influence of some non-sebright genes judging by those legs. Cute none-the-less and does look sebrighty in every other respect.
