Feather pecking? What to do about it

This has been going on for months and not getting any better. Huge patch of feathers missing. Looks like they’re broken off. I’ve seen some of them pecking her/eating her feathers.

Attaching a pic of my sapphire gem who has been decimated by the other hens with pecking.

Because of my setup I cannot really separate them from each other. I am thinking about making her a custom apron for her front but I’m worried she will get tangled up.

My girls get tons of protein and have plenty of space. She is happy and eats plenty and is actually quite competitive with the other hens.

Why is this happening to such a degree? How can I stop it aside from separation? It’s out of hand. Come winter she will not be able to stay warm.

It's a bad habit that is hard to break. Do an on site search on Pin Less Peepers. Sometimes they can be used to break the habit.
