feather, skin redness, loose poop

hen 18 months old - one of four - loss of feathers - messy poop - redness around bare skin - otherwise in good health - condition has been evident for about 4 months- i have stopped closing their coop door at night for around the same time...is it stress? other hens all fine....

Unlikely. Skin gets red when it is bare on chickens. That is a natural response. At 18 months they are probably molting.
