Featherless neck on day-old chick

I picked up my babies at the P.O., this morning. Ordered 30, got 32 (one dead). They are beautiful. I ordered the "rainbow pullet pack" from Meyer, plus a couple Polish and a couple silkies. I have one yellow chick that has no fuzz at all on the neck, up to her ears. Is this normal?
