Feathers Missing Bare Skin

I have six Barred Rock Hens. Two of them have feathers missing on their bottom/rear end. Skin is pink/red but other than that they seem perfectly healthy. Maybe it's nothing to worry about?
Any insight would be appreciated

Seems like the red area is swollen on the now.
Any ideas

Have you checked for chicken mites? Mites come out at night and suck the blood of chickens and then hide in the cracks and crevices of the coop waiting for the birds to return at night.
