Feathers not coming in

This little one is now 2 weeks and 3 days, but still has no feathers coming in. Am I being impatient?
Is there hope?

I would be concerned about a condition know as Spayed Leg with your squab. I help remedy this problem by hooking a "SHORT" elastic between the legs of the bird. In conjunction with two zip ties. The sooner you notice the problem the better the result.

He has that actually, I just cleaned it’s “nest” and bandage off.
