Feathers out mid back?

Hi, I have a cream legal whose feathers are sticking up like they are being pulled, but no bald spot that I can see. They've been like this for weeks to a small degree, but it seems like it is getting more pronounced. I haven't seen anyone picking on her, maybe she's doing it to herself? Maybe she has something else wrong? She's active, but both of my leg bars are more skittish around me than the other hens, so it's hard to get a close look. Anyone have any idea what this might be?

She's most likely molting, and those are feathers about to fall out.

I have four hens that look like that. They're molting.
