Hi,
I have a lovely bantam naked neck frizzle named Monique, which is just over a year old. A few months ago we started losing her feathers, primarily around her bum, tummy, chest, and most notable, her wings. We think she’s molting, although she’s younger than the typical molting chicken. Also, usually molts do last this long. She was broody for a while, but is back to walking around- eating, drinking, laying fine. No roosters, but 14 other hens. I don’t think anyone is plucking her feathers though. See picture below. Note she’s a naked neck, so that’s part has always been bald. Any suggestions?

Frizzles are known for molting. And broody hens tend to molt after they are broody. So its perfectly reasonable for her to be in a molt for quite a few weeks/months.
