Can you post pics when they hatch? Lav Orps are one of the breeds I want to add to our flock.

Yep- I did the same with the list. IF my eggs in the bator I have now hatch, I'll have all the ones on my list. Oh and the mar.basque that are supposed to be here tomorrow too.

Sure, I have 3 eggs supposed to hatch tomorrow (Thur), then another batch supposed to hatch on Sunday.

And some good news with my little Sugar Peeps! I found some info on here about using a band aid as a splint, it helps hold her legs together so she can stand & gain strength in them. I got my husband to help me do it- and it WORKS! She is standing, hopping all around now

I'll post pics of her later. and btw her egg was marked "white"- but she is not white, don't really know what color she is, looks more like the porcelain silkie color. I know the lady I ordered from had that listed as 1 of her colors, must have mis marked the egg.

There are silkied Seramas, that is what the possible daddy of half of my eggs is. They are Serama all the way, with silkied feathering. There are also frizzled Serama I have two silkied cockerels, and two frizzled babies..on cockerel and one pullet. I love them! The guy in my avatar is the OTHER possible daddy to those same eggs... He is a tricolor mottle...white/black and gold

I set my eggs a few days ago in my brinsea, 28 catdance silkie eggs!
Hatch date is February 15th
