February 2023 hatch-a-long

I have seen veins connected to a dot in something, which I took to be good, and in only one egg I saw no veins and a ring. I want a successful hatch so I want to know what's good and what's bad. in other eggs I saw just a big blob at the top floating around so I took that to be fertile because it wasn't clear. So... any idea whether my hatch will be successful or not?

My shipped eggs all have loose air cells except for one. The humidity dropped low last night for several hours 15 percent or so (didn't realize husband turned the heater on). Eggs were resting in cartons. Hopefully they are still okay.

When I was setting the eggs today I noticed one egg (pictured below) has a large red blob. Not sure if that is a bad sign.

Hatch day is 2/10. Will be interesting to see which eggs develop. Temp at 99.5 and humidity at 35%.

I think the red blob might be a good sign. some of my eggs have the veins and the red blob, I think it's actually a good sign because the chick is developing. Again I'm not sure because this is my first hatch. Nice setup!

Red blob is what I call a love dot. It means the egg is fertile.

I took more pictures of my eggs with a love dot, my computer is not recognizing my camera at the moment. I think I need to charge it.

Put your shipped eggs in incubator, but don't turn for 3 days total and hopefully your eggs will reattach.

Some of mine were loose also, not real bad, but even if they look solid today, I am leaving them in for a couple more days.

I don't really understand, they're not shipped but they're from my hens, and I came across that.
