Today is day 19, no pips. I really hate waiting.

The waiting is awful. I've been here all morning between the bator (2 ft away) an the computer. Nothing done chore wise. Oh well, I can only hatch chicks so often ya know!

I now have 17 hatched, 3 pips, 2 nothing yet.
All but 3 are blk.

I have 1 EE the is Blue. Keeper!

, Brn/gold,blk Cochin x , 1 greyish color.
2 are Cochin x
Rest are CM x with 5 pure CM.
Will post pics when all is done.
The ones we are keeping in one pic and the sold ones in the next when I post.

So I posted about an hour ago that I had one almost fully zipped and 4 additional pips. 2 of the pips have started zipping, and one is in a hurry! It's already half way around the egg!!! Whooo hoooo!!

The three leghorn babies are doing fine. Momma hen isn't so sure about them, so she pecks them sometimes, but other than that everything is fine. Tomorrow i am going to a poultry show in Casa grande arizona, and when i take my other birds ill let them roam the coop with their mom. This is so fun! if only i could retrieve the pictures i took from off my dads iPhone.....

My speedy zipper hatched about 1/2 hr ago!!! From first pip to hatch was about 4 hrs!!!! I got a video of it too, I'll try and post it in a bit. It's a BLRW to boot!!!! Whooo hooo!!!

I'm getting nervouse about my first zipper though. He's quieted down. I'm nervous he's stuck, although the humidity is good.
