Got caught up on all the February excitement thus far. I'll throw my hat into the ring! I have 38 eggs that were set on Friday. They're due on the 25th (OH so far away!):

7 EE (shipped across country)
4 BCM (local)
3 Barnevelder (local)
6 Silkie (shipped in-state)
3 BLRW (local)
15 Serama (local)

This will be the third hatch for the year. The first garnered only one Sizzle (who turned out to be a roo and has been re-homed), and the second yielded 3 Blue Orp/EE mutts and 5 Silkies (all but two Silkies have been re-homed to make room in the coop). Really hoping the Seramas do well. If I can get a good showing, I can justify a separate coop for them

Wasn't there another person who set some Serama eggs?

I'm incubated Seramas as well. But not as many as you. I started out w/ 7, but am down to 5. Lockdown for me is in 4 more days!

Yeah! Can't wait to see how well yours do. I've heard they often need help hatching. Were yours shipped? I've also heard shipping is particularly hard on Serama eggs.

Here's hoping we both have excellent, easy hatches!

Got several in the bator with a hatch date of Feb 11th, then I have a lot in my other bator for a hatch date of Feb 22nd.

Bator one has silkie, bbs splash, white silkies, and Polish. Bator two has Lavender americana's and splash frizzles, and silkies.

Thanks,
Yes, mine were shipped. The lady I got them from only lives two hours away from me so they only took one day to get to me. She sent them Wednesday morning, and I got them Thursday morning.

I think if they would have been shipped from farther away my hatch rates wouldn't be as good.

You do know they only "Take" 18 days...right? Most people say longer, but I just set my Brinsea for 18 days.
