I want to say that's the yolk where the vessels haven't reached yet, it should fill up with blood vessels as the chick grows. A video would help if you can. Just my two cents :D

it’s a good day to be wrong. The 5 questionable ones I thought maybe croaked are in fact still around and kicking. Which makes me happy. One was an olive egg I don’t wanna lose. It’s 1/2 that I bleach rinsed.
day 11 complete.

Lowcowmatt- my eggs are 9/10 they look a bit darker.
I’ve got some that are still clear and don’t look much different than day 7 or 8. Others that are reaaaally hard to tell mostly because of the shell. Except the only white egg I have. It looks like some of the veins are still Present, but not as clear as before. The egg white is still there but the yolk has become like a slush pile that just wiggles with the rest of the bird and is nearly opaque making it hard to see him, but he’s wiggling around alright.

This is a bit blurry but you get the idea.

Day 21 and I woke up to 5 chicks, 2 hatched yesterday, and more pips! The second Pita/OE is so unique! Half of its beak is black. Rockstar chicken! The first Welsummer looks to be a boy, it’s pretty light. View attachment 2520167
Nice to have someone else checking the humidity. Thanks Chickies! I got 9 out this weekend. The weakest - last to hatch with partial zip assist - was up getting her own food and water tonight. Happy!
